Kay Young has been associated with TODD REALTY/ERA Crossroads since 1988 and has been a multi-million dollare producer. She is currently President of the Wawasee Property Owners Association, Past President of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors,and KBOR/MLS, currently serving as a KBOR board member, and was Realtor of the Year for Kosciusko County in 2005. Kay is a board member of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation and serves as Chair of the Syracuse-Wawasee Trails Committee. Kay was awarded the WACF 2010 Cattail Award for her outstanding environmental service to the Wawasee area and was the 2013 Commodore forthe Wawasee Flotilla. She and her husband Jim live at Pier 343, Lake Wawasee along with 2 active Boston Terriers. " Having grown up on Wawasee during the summers and later living here and raising my children here nothing makes me happier than helping people with their real estate dreams be it on or off the water. "
